ACCES Employment and its services
Ali Shakarami
Participating in courses held by the ACCES Employment organization can significantly help to establish a social communication network. The presence of people from various fields and industries as guides and mentors expands the communication network of newcomers, as well as identifies people working in the corresponding field of work. The mentors generally work in the same field and have a wide communication network with other people in that field of work. After examining the qualifications and skills of the participants in the course, as well as their work experience and language skills, the mentors help to introduce them to various companies in order to receive consent from those companies to allow the mentees to work voluntarily within their businesses, as well as attend seminars and events pertaining to the field of study. Generally the mentors help to provide the immigrants looking for jobs with the required information and requirements to enter the Canadian labor market. For example, certain fields of work only demand that individuals approve or validate their homeland degrees in order to work in Canada, while in other fields, it is essential to obtain a Canadian degree in order to enter the Canadian labor market. Of course, like always, work experience in Canada is an important requirement by the employers and an important prerequisite for job seekers.
